We Offer:

Private Sessions

Everyone comes with different goals and different obstacles. In a Private Session we can focus your individual needs, working around injuries and chronic pain in a way that is difficult in a group class.

Semi-Private Classes

Our group classes are 6-8 week programs, generally meeting 2-3 times a week. We ensure each client receives the attention they deserve and need, and our classes never have more than ten participants.
