One of the difficulties with group training is that people are so different. How they move and learn is different, their injuries are different, and their level of ability is different.

At Primal, we understand, and program small group classes with all of this in mind. First off, we keep the class size to under 10 participants. This helps us to give the attention to each client that they deserve and need.

Secondly, we employ methods and movements like that can be scaled easier or harder, so that clients can participate at a level that challenges them, but still allow for individual success and growth without more of a risk for injuries.

Our group classes are 6 week programs, generally meeting 2 times a week. We cycle through a variety of methods over each program.

  • Agility, Coordination and Speed Drills
  • Mobility
  • MovNat (Natural Movements)
  • Classic Strength and Conditioning

Each class takes about an hour.

Spaces fill quickly for upcoming classes. If you want to come into a session after it has started already, you will pay the prorated cost for the rest of the session, and need to attend a Foundations class with me on a Saturday morning to get you caught up in the material we are focusing on for this class series.
