Most of us like to move around. We enjoy activities of all sorts. We know inherently that by moving around and staying active, we are healthier and happier.
What most people don’t realize, is that the aches and pains that come with an active or an inactive life, are often the results of terrible movement patterns forced upon us by our jobs, lifestyles, and habits.
Maybe you sit at a desk all day, bent over a computer, or on the phone. Maybe you have been running the same way for years, and have been ok, but now your body is telling you that something doesn’t want to work right. Possibly you just want to get in shape, but don’t know how or where to start.
